What was done
What gets done
- What SearchyFound completed, what improved, and what did not.

What happens next
What gets done
- What still needs attention, and the next priorities in order.
What you see
Numbers translated into plain language, instead of a login and a chart you have to make sense of on your own.
Reporting uses the data that is actually available and measurable. It does not promise perfect attribution for every call or lead.
How the work moves.
Most reporting fails one of two ways. Either it is a dashboard login you never open, or it is a chart that goes up with no explanation of what was done or what it means.
Read it plainly
This is a plain-English read instead. Where you stand, what changed, what got completed, what improved, what did not, and what the next priorities are in order.
Read it together
Search and local performance get read together rather than handed over as two separate dashboards, and the numbers get translated instead of dumped.
Say what it cannot say
It uses the data that is actually available and measurable. Some calls will never be traceable to a source, and a report that claims otherwise is guessing. After reading it you should be able to answer six questions: where are we, what changed, what did you do, what is working, what needs work, and what happens next.

What owners ask about this one.
Do I have to log into a dashboard?
No. The reading comes to you in plain language. GA4, Search Console and the profile data sit behind it, but you should not need to interpret a chart to know where you stand.
Will you tell me exactly which calls came from Google?
Where the tracking supports it. Leads, forms and calls get reported where they can be measured. It uses the data that is actually available and does not promise perfect attribution for every call or lead, because no honest system can.
What happens if the numbers are bad?
Then the report says so. What did not improve is in there alongside what did. If nothing is changing, you will be able to see that too.
Does this cover AI search as well?
Where it can reasonably be monitored, yes — alongside search, local and website visibility, so it is one reading rather than four disconnected ones.
