SEO here does not mean running Google Ads or other paid media.

How the work moves.

SEO here means being findable for the work you do, in the places you do it. Not a report about it.

  1. Diagnose

The first pass is technical. The site gets crawled for the problems that stop pages being found or understood: indexability, metadata, headings, internal links, the plumbing.

  2. Map

Then the searches that actually matter get mapped to the pages that should answer them, which usually means fixing pages you already have before adding new ones. Most sites have more coverage than the owner thinks and worse organization than they know.

  3. Improve

After that it is ongoing. Search data gets watched, changes get made, and you get a plain list of what was changed and whether it moved. If nothing is changing, you will be able to see that too.

What owners ask about this one.

Is this the same as running Google Ads?

No. SEO here does not mean running Google Ads or other paid media. This is the work that makes you findable without paying for every click.

I have paid for SEO before and got nothing. Why would this be different?

We cannot speak to what a previous provider did. Here, you get a written plan before anything starts and a plain list of what actually changed each month. If nothing is changing, you will be able to see that too.

How long until I rank?

It depends on your market and where you are starting. Different parts of the work move at different speeds — technical corrections tend to be reflected sooner than content and rankings move. We will not give you a date we cannot honor, and we will never promise a number of leads or a position on the page.

Do you add new pages, or fix the ones I already have?

The pages you already have come first. Most sites get more out of fixing what is there than out of publishing more. New pages get added where there is a real search to answer, not to hit a number.
